I'm having a hard time with Miss 5. She has ADHD and Autism. Lately she has started with hypersexuality, touching constantly, she was running herself against a teddy bear in the lounge room in front of her brother and she has also made our kitten lick her ....
I really don't know what to do and I'm can't trust her around her siblings.

It’s totally normal for kids to mastrabate. For them it isn’t sexual, it’s learning about their bodies. Kids on the spectrum have difficulty understanding boundaries. You need to tell her it’s ok to touch herself. But it needs to be done privately, and alone .
And this would also be a good time to teach her about consent. Not hugging or kissing other people without them agreeing to it. And not allowing other people to do the same to her without her consent. And also what constitutes appropriate touching.
This, but also speak to her psychologist/OT about strategies too. They will have a lot of experience with this.
The touching herself is quite normal ALL kids explore their body, just remind her to do it in private.
I would be concerned about the kitten licking her though, it's a hygiene issue firstly but I also don't feel this is normal behaviour, I don't want to scare you but I know a little girl who made a dog lick her, she had been sexually abused 6 months earlier. I'm not saying this is what has happened to your daughter but I would be exploring her behaviour with the kitten more. Hypersexuality can be a sign of sexuAl abuse.
