Stillbirth

My best friend has just had a stillbirth at 36 weeks. I am so heartbroken for her. I don’t know what to say or do

Give her time, be there for her - if you can, help to organise a photographer to take some photos of precious moments, organise plaster castings of hands and feet, cut some hair to keep.

Let her know you're there for her when she needs, but give her space. I wouldn't organise gifts for her. I had that done to me when I lost a baby and it was just too overwhelming though I know people meant well.
