I have a small bladder/urethra prolapse. Seems like it’s my vaginal wall. A small bulge connected under my urethra. I’ve seen a women’s physio who said to do kegels and other lifestyle changes. I’m 11 weeks pp. I don’t have any other bladder or bowel problems. But I feel some pain/pressure behind my clitoral area. Google has been getting me really down.
Will it ever go away? I’m also not breastfeeding.

If something doesn’t feel right then it’s ok to seek another doctor/physio for a second opinion.
I had a prolapse, it was my bladder pushing through my vaginal wall. My dr asked me to do kegels. I did way more than what he told me to do, i became obsessed. Anyway, after a few months my pain was gone and my dr checked and i was looking great. I had my prolapse diagnosed a few weeks after i had my child so i have no idea whether early intervention is key in fixing it without surgery.
Do the kegels, do lots. While your driving. Standing in line at the supermarket, talking on the phone. Feeding your child, watching TV etc. give it a few weeks and if there is no improvement then seek more options.
It is possible as your pre pregnancy weight drops. Getting back in shape and keeping your weight within normal limits helps.
