Hi. Early 40s and recently found out that I'm unexpectedly but not actively prevented pregnant. Multiple home tests and a blood test have confirmed rising hcg levels. Already high risk due to age and obesity. Pregnancy usually makes me very unwell.
Looking for guidance on how to have a healthy pregnancy in an older age group.
Whilst I'm already a mother, this is all new to me again as it has been quite a while since my last child.
Thanks.

Go and see your gp, if you haven't got one go to a female gp and take advice.
My advice is to look after yourself. Eat well, eat what your body wants, walk and do gentle exercise. Swim and enjoy how floating feels for your body. Treat each issue, dont let them tell you it's because of your weight/age/health/or just a pregnancy issue... Take good care of yourself.
Go to your GP!
I would start safely trying to lose weight so you can minimise risks involved if needing anaesthesia etc. Plus you will feel better in late pregnancy 😊
Start walking daily for 20 mins to half an hour. Force yourself and only eat fresh fruit , veggies and healthy food.
