I had a faint positive pregnancy test on Sunday the 24th of September which I assume was around 7dpo.
Yesterday, I started to bleed. The bleeding wasn't light but it wasn't exactly really heavy either. It was around the time my period was due. I'm still getting a faint positive on a pregnancy test but the line hasn't got any darker, so I'm assuming it may have been a chemical pregnancy?

The only way to know is to talk to your GP.
Go see your GP ASAP. You may still be pregnant, you also might be having a blighted ovum, a missed miscarriage or possibly even an ectopic. Some of those things are not to be messed with and need to be looked into.
Best to seek medical opinion.
Similar happened to me, and I went to the GP on day nine of bleeding. He was adamant that any positive is a positive. (I assumed I was miscarrying.)
He sent me for ultrasound, to find out I had an ectopic pregnancy. I was rushed to hospital for surgery after the Fallopian tube ruptured.
It’s generally nothing serious...but on the off-chance it is...best to get checked out.
