Hi Sisterhood,
I am an experienced teacher in NSW and am looking to move into executive roles in the public system. I have knowledge and skills under my belt, however, I don’t know how to transfer that I into paper in the form of a CV.
I am looking for recommendations on professional writers who have experience as teachers and can put together my CV under my guidance. Does such a person exist?
Thanks heaps

Yes there are CV and resume writers and they'll write your cover letters as well.
Any recommendations?
My sister went to a professional CV writer. It cost her $2k but it was well worth it. The time this professional put into the CV and the knowledge she passed onto my sister for future job applications and interviews was priceless. My sister applied for mulitple jobs and received interviews for every single one as a uni graduate in a competitive field. She was offered the position at more than half of the jobs she applied for and suddenly she had the task of choosing the position based on what worked for her. It was incredible for her confidence. I highly recommend.
Who did she go with?
I'm an executive in federal government. Exec positions are very competitive by long-term staff with University qualifications. You should research the strategic and operational plan for any agency you apply for so that you can tailor your language in an interview. If you don't have that knowledge it would be very hard to be competitive.
