I have had one successful pregnancy and a blighted ovum. I'm pregnant again but it's very early. Does anyone have any tips on how I can worry less about having another miscarriage. Thank you

My first pregnancy was a blighted ovum. My second is now a happy, healthy almost 17 year old boy who’s just started grade 12. From memory, I think I just tried to keep myself busy in the early months so I didn’t think about it too much. You need to find what works for you. If you think the worry is getting too much or is outside the normal range of worry, get yourself off to your GP for a mental health care plan so you can get some support. It’s been 18 years since my loss, and on the anniversary of the loss I still think about the what ifs. I then pack it up again because if it had been a successful pregnancy then I wouldn’t have my eldest son. Try to enjoy your pregnancy.
