I’ve found myself in a silly situation all by my own doing! I clicked on one of those ads on Facebook about online trading in cryptocurrency and entered my email and phone number and created this account. I know, I know so stupid! I wish I could take it all back!
Since then I have been getting constant phone calls and emails everyday. Each time I block the number, block the sender in my emails but they just keep harassing on different numbers.
My question is is there a way to stop all this? I know I can get a new phone and email address but was wondering if there was a better way.

For the emails, mark them as spam before you delete, your email account will start to recognise them & do it automatically.
Next time you get a text, reply stop or unsubscribe. It probably won't help, but try it anyway.
I did the same and the calls wouldn’t stop. I ended up cutting them off and saying sorry I’ve got no money to start I’m not interested and I’m now 2 months free of calls
Tell them you have the police tracking all phone calls. I did this once to a scammer and they didn’t call again after that.
