Has anyone built a kit home?!
We've been looking into it for years just putting it off, done plenty of research, found the one we want but I'm just wondering if anyone can provide bit of an outlook on it all, experience with it? Advice mabey?

We went with pre-fab. If you're in the SEQ region check out Westbuilt.
You can make small changes for minimal outlay if you're not increasing your overall area ie, we saved money by turning the ensuite into a WIR instead and we got a bigger deck area free by not having a railing.
