Google Skinnymixers. Nik is a thermomixer but the recipes are easily adaptable to stove top if you're a competent cook.
Get yourself a great set of kitchen scales. Those things will be your best friends.
Get yourself snack containers and then meal containers. Meal prep is the #1 thing that will help you in this endeavour.
For Breakfast I’ll either have
150g yoghurt (Greek is good and make sure it’s got low sugar in it)
25 g granola
30g blue berries then either 10 grams or date syrup or honey drizzled on top.
Avocado on Rice crackers
Egg and a meat patty
For lunches I’ll have 100g protein and some sort of salad or steamed veg with a small serve of rice or a piece of bread or you can make yourself a wrap.
For dinner white meats are good and either veg or salad.
For snacks this is where your containers come in handy
Green apples
Handful of nuts
Strawberries roughly 10 small ones or 5 big ones. But also find in season fruits and stick to only one piece
The trick is to also fill yourself up on water. If you think 3-4 litres a day is doable then drink that but have at least 2 litres a day. Your body eventually gets used to the amount you drink and regulates the amount of times you pee.
If you drink alcohol stick to spirits and mix with soda water and lemon as the mixers.
Don’t forget to exercise even a 30min walk a day will be of benefit to you.
