Stress rash help

Does anyone get stress rash when under intense stress? What do you do to get rid of it (besides less stressing of course)? I get mine on my face and it’s really annoying!

Avoid inflammatory foods like refined sugars and refined grains. Use a barrier cream to protect your skin from external irritants like coconut oil or paw paw ointment. Increase healthy fats or take a daily omega 3 supp.

I get hives all over my legs. So itchy unfortunately they take forever to disappear so no shorts this summer 😭
