Collagen advice please

Please help, I got stuck in the world of researching Collagen. I used to get one in a tin that I felt really worked but can no longer find it. I am searching for a new brand that does not break the bank.

So far according to my research I'm supposed to be looking for collagen peptides with hyaluronic and Vitamin C... anything else??

If anyone has a brand they swear by, please let me know as this is driving me crazy 🤯

Try Paula's choice. A lot of their products have multiple ingredients. It's online only. They regularly have 20-25% off & if you use cashback sites (I use cashrewards) you can get from 4% cashback - the max
I've gotten is 30%.

They have consultants to help you pick a routine. What you need is individual to your skin needs.

Although I still swear by sunscreen and retinol.

Nutra organics has collagen. Unflavoured that you can add to anything and different flavours that can be added to coffee. They are based on the Gold Coast and sell online.

The body creates collagen, topical collagen creams and ingested collagen do very little for collagen production. Retinoid or retinol can stimulate collagen production topically and so can vitamin c. Vitamin c tablets are absorbed by the body very well and its what the body needs for collagen.
