Anyone had success with balancing hormones and/or Weightloss?

Mirena and Happy Mammoth advice.

Hi sisters,
Has anyone had any issues/success with taking happy mammoth and have a mirena. Just wanting to hear of ladies experiences. I will be asking my GP however, I’d like first hand experience.

I had a mirena put in on 1st November and it expelled itself from my body on 1st Feb after terrible pains all day. It cost me $400 out of pocket to put it in so I’m not going to bother getting it done again. I can’t afford it. I had heavy bleeding for a week afterwards and I’ve just decided it’s not good for my body. I had a failed Implanon as well so just not for me.

I’ve just started Happy Mammoth a few days ago so not much to report but hopefully some balance.
