Coconut curry chicken
Fry up diced chicken & onion, seasoned w s&p. Add 1 can of coconut cream (not coconut milk) and add curry powder to taste. While it's simmering, add frozen peas & corn. Serve with rice.
Potato bake
Pumpkin, sweet potato, fried onion & bacon, thickened cream & the maggi sachets (i use 2 to 1 container cream)
Spag bol
Grate every vegetable known to man into the mince, add diced tomatos & seasonings to taste.
Stew
Literally just boiling stock, a touch of brown sugar, meat & veg with whatever bits & pieces I have lying around. I usually use a dry soup mix to thicken. This is one of those ones where you get real experimental
Pumpkin soup
Boil pumpkin, drain & blend with immersion blender. Add thickened cream & return to heat to simmer the cream through. Add fried bacon, garlic & onion
Meat & veg we buy preseasoned/marinated meat from butcher, serve with steam veg
