Work - in a special school

Hi All, I’ve applied for a job and about to interview at a special school.
It is an administrative role with some managerial responsibility.
It’s perfect for growth opportunities and it is close to home.

However - I have only ever worked in. Mainstream school.
I’m not sure if things are done differently in a special school? Or will
It be similar to that of a mainstream school
Office?
I suppose I could ask and gauge these things at the interview. But I would love some perspective if anyone already works in a special school.
