Hi mummas, I’m wondering what you all do for stress relief, besides therapy and meditation? I’ve been through alot in the last 6 months and it’s had a huge impact on my body. Sore shoulders & back, bad stomach pains, headaches, anxiety & brain fog pretty bad. I know it’s from stress because I’m constantly stressed from a stressful life. I’m still tense when I’m asleep. I don’t know if I’m being dramatic or not but I actually feel like I’m dying a slow death due to stress related issues. I don’t know how to get out of this! Help! Thanks mummas xx

I would suggest a psychologist- they may help with coping strategies. Facing and reducing what’s causing stress and finding ways to eliminate or create healthy boundaries.
Also Self care - doing things you enjoy that distract you from your stress. A bush walk, a bath, a book, meeting up with friends, a massage.
It's not for everyone but once a month I go to a sound bath and it's like a reset for my body 😊 x
