I am looking for a career change in my mid 40s with young children. I'm currently a high school teacher but looking into jobs with NDIS or at a university. Just wondering.if anyone in these industries can let me know if they have good conditions and flexibility for families and if there is good career progression? Also are there any courses that would help me with the role or in securing a job? Thanks

NDIS is a massive industry but is changing. If you get into support work you’ll need a cert III in disability at some stage plus relevant checks, ndis screening check etc . Depending on the company can be flexible and have progression.
