I’m on au pair world but haven’t seemed to make an actual decision or have someone jump out at me.
Where has everyone gotten their au pair?
Is there place better to look? Places to avoid?

I've only known people who have a very healthy bank account to get Au Pairs. The pay they get is a pittance so most of them are looking for the accommodation and vehicle they get to be very nice. Most get clothing freebies etc too. Are you in this situation? If not, you might not get a good Au Pair and you might only get the ones that have been let go and need another placement for their visa. My brother and his wife had one... But just so his wife could do hair and makeup in the morning without needing to be interrupted with dressing and feeding her kids. It's more of a privilege thing
