That depends on what you enjoy & your budget. I enjoy parties with simple group activities like barefoot bowling, where there's nibbles & non alcoholic drinks provided & a bar to buy your own.
Or if only a small party, maybe a nice restaurant, cooking class, escape room, etc.
I personally wouldn't do anything too expensive after my friend had a beautiful venue & food & 20 out of a confirmed 60 turned up. Some cancelled, some 'forgot'.
Or skip the party & do an activity you wouldn't normally do, like hot air ballooning, race car lap, or spa day.
