Single mum returning to work outside school hours with no support

Hi Ladies,
So I'm a single mum of 3 beautiful kids aged between 9 & 14months. Financially things are a struggle and I am needing to return to work. Only issue is. In my line of work I am required to work Thursday nights and Saturdays but have no family or friends to help watch the kids while I am at work. I just thought perhaps someone is in a similar situation and may have some ideas I had not thought of. Thanks ;)

Advertise for a sitter? Yes it will cost, but at least you can keep your job. In my area i see lots of mums advertising to babysit other children, there may be a mumat school who would be interested? Or a reliable teenager? Ask around for recommendations or if another mum is looking to make some extra money

i know some family day cares do weekend care so that may be a possibility for you. or you could look into an au pair or nanny maybe? im not sure on the costs and rebates available for that. otherwise you might be able to find a mum in a similar situation who wants to work day hours and they might be able to do a trade where you watch their kids during the day and she watches yours while you work?

A nanny? Depending on how much you earn...you could always get a local teenage girl to do it for cheaper. I'm happy to help I work as a nanny in Melbourne. I don't see what other options you have unless you can find someone to do it for free?
