Re diagnosed with depression anxiety

hi we had an anti natal appointment yesterday and I was re diagnosed with depression and anxiety the midwife told my husband that he has to watch me and everything I do as I "scored really high" and she is worried about it especially because this is our second child and she doesnt know how ill cope. i dont really know what im asking. I know I used to have depression but I was medicated for it before I fell pregnant with our first but had to stop taking them when I fell pregnant and I had to start taking them again when I gave birth as I was diagnosed with postnatal depression. I freak out if anyone but my husband or son touch me. And it takes my husband atlesst an hr to calm me down or atleast start calming me down. I feel like im a major burden to gim and every one around me :(

Oh Im sorry to hear that, NO YOU ARE NOT A BURDEN.
Yeah depression isn't a one time deal as I found out the hard way. Its ok to need help and you will come through this.
Time to book a long appointment with your GP for your mental health care plan and discuss medications. There are some that can be taken while pregnant. You can get through this. Keep reaching out to people, and don't be afraid to phone lifeline etc. You are loved, and you are needed
