Routine help

Can people share their daily routines with 2 kids? I have a 3 year old and a 2 month old and am struggling to find a routine where we are not in a mad rush in the mornings or at dinner time. Currently both kids go to bed at the sameish time. Wondering if it would work better if bub went later. Any advice appreciated.

Maybe you could edit to include your work schedule because without that being in a rush in the morning is like no big deal :) also what time would you get home from work

I have a just turned 4yr old and a 2mth old. Our days do get hectic! Are you working? I understand morning / dinner craziness the days seem to get away too quickly. I find mornings bad trying to get up and get out of house to do things early before they're both grumpy and dinners hard normally 4yr ild happy but bubs having witching hour. Slow cooker has become my best friend as I can prepare and start in the morning while their happy then just serve at dinner. With bedtime I put my 4yr old to bed around 7:30 and then start the bedtime / last feed with bub. She sleeps better and longer with a 8pm feed than a 7pm so that works for us it's just finding what works for you and your Bub. Theres a lot of juggling involved somedays it just doesn't work and got
To be flexible with that but I try to follow our night routine most nights as I can and during the day just take it as it comes. Good luck I hope you find a good routine soon that works for you

Thanks girls. I work from home and have 3 days care for my 3yr old. I'm getting no work done. Just focussing on looking after bubs, all of us getting enough sleep and getting dinner on the table.
