Hi IMs I am in need of some advice on how to help our closest friends who have lost their twins after being born at 26 weeks.
As you can imagine they are devastated an I'm just not sure of what to do and/or say to them, Or do I just be there if they want to come to me?
Any advice that could help our friends would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I lost my daughter at 23 weeks and the pain you go through is like no other. Send little thinking of you msgs every second or third day. Take over some hot dinners. They won't want to eat or even think about food. Grief is a personal journey.
try not to crowd them too much. I received a lovely teddy with my baby girls name and dob embroidered. Perhaps you could get them one each. This teddy hasn't left my bed.
Its tragic. I'm sorry they are going through this.
