Creative advice
Hi IMs I'm wondering if any of you creative ladies can help me with this,
My partner and I have been together 18months on the 12th we've both been married and both separated from our ex's for between 3 and 4 years neither of us ever want to marry again BUT I'd like us to become engaged to never get married so to speak lol
Just wondering what creative wording others would use in a card to propose to spend our lives together without marriage? Eventually we plan to have a we are never getting married/ commitment party but marriage is something neither of us wish to ever repeat its just not us. I know this page is full of witty bright ladies and am hoping you can all help me do this :) thank you all in advance

Look up handfasting ceremonies......
We did similar about 10 years ago just before we moved interstate we didn't have any witnesses though it was just a promise to watch out for each other and pick each other up or drag each other kicking or screaming when necessary...and we have stuck to it...
But we aren't particularly flowery individuals
......more stubborn pig headed and thick skinned.
He didn't have an ex. I did. He had never had a relationship last more than a couple of months due to acute mental illness...so we both had our baggage and challenges.
