Career change

Hi lovely ones. I don't even know if this is a question or a thinking out loud. Sure you guys can help though in some way. I am 30 years old and have worked in childcare since I left school. I love working with children but I absolute crave to do something else. I think if I would to work in childcare I would be content but always wonder what else. I would love to be an entrepenure. My main priority is my family time. I know I am being picky and half the reason I am still in my job as I still want to Monday to Friday gig. I know what I don't want to do but just can't find that something that jumps out at me. I know I couldn't be in a office all day. I love being on my feet and active. What do you all do for work ??

I'm 24 and been in the industry since I was 17. I recently opened my own family day care, this allows me to have my 2 year old home with me and I am also making enough money to support my family while my partner is at uni. When he finishes I want to study to be a midwife... I feel the same, there is only so long you can work with children. It may be shift work at first but then you can choose. You can also move on from that into other fields such as a lactation consultant. Might be an idea for you ?
