I feel like a terrible mum! My baby is just going on 3 months and has been exclusively BF however we did start giving her a bottle of EBM every day or so early on as we wanted bubs to also take a bottle however bubs now flat out refuses to take a bottle. Doesn't matter if it's EBM or formula, bubs doesn't want a bar of it. While I realise this is not an overly large issue in the scheme of things I now feel I hate to say it trapped by my baby. I can't get any respite as I'm the only one who can feed bubs and I'm just feeling really smothered now. Bubs has been pretty full on with reflux and colic so it's been pretty overwhelming, not to mention the 2 other kids in the picture now add on top not being able to go anywhere or do anything for a max of 2 hrs and it's all just feeling a bit much. Not really sure what I'm asking, obviously any suggestions on getting bubs to take a bottle and I guess just a little reassurance that I'm not the only one to have felt this way!
Please do not comment with any breast bs bottle debates.

I had to feed my baby with a syringe for a while. Just expressed as per usual and then squirted small amounts in mouth.
Can who ever feeds bubs wear a jumper that smells of you?
Also what teats have you tried? My son had a strong preference for one particular brand.
My kids never took the bottle. But honestly I didn't try too hard. Way to much work to express/clean.
My last bub is 8months old, I've been out a few times (only 3-5hrs max) and hubby has had bub.,He's used a cup and or a syringe to feed him. The first time I left (bub was 5mths I think) I was worried that he was going to bub fussy for dad, he was a little bit but hubby managed to get a bit of milk into him and actually got him to sleep too. Plus look after our other 3 kids (6, 4 & 2yrs)
As bub gets older you'll be able to leave longer stretches, hang in there it does get better.
Your lucky. After weight issues my son preferred the bottle after having to start mix feeding at a month old. All I wanted was to be his only food source. Eventually he stopped stimulating them and my milk dropped. I think you need to decide what you want. Do you want to breastfeed or bottle feed. The only way it seems your baby will bottle feed is if he has no other option and obviously he really seems to want and need the boob. When he's 12 months he won't even need a bottle even if you quit breastfeeding so don't feed you need to have him used to the bottle. If something happened to your supply he would still no starve and eventually get used to the bottle. It's ok keep chugging along as long as you can
I felt the same, i felt trapped and like I wasn't a person anymore.
