Any suggestions? My son is toilet trained with the whole wee's but the poo's, not having any luck. It's been 2.5 months. I think it has a lot to do with him being too busy. He was doing maybe one here and there in the toilet but it's been almost two weeks with him doing it in his pants. Aahh!

Poos can take about 6months longer. Problem is they don't do as many so just aren't as reliable to 'train'.
You just have to watch him like a hawk for awhile and look for any clues he needs to poo. If he shows any signs (squatting, leaning forward, going to a quiet place, standing still) then take him to the loo.
