Victims of crime reassessment in nsw

Hi, I just wanted to find out if anyone has applied for the reassessment for victims of crime compensation from when they changed the scheme a few years ago? And if you have, have you heard anything about how long it will take for them to make a decision? I applied in sept last year and haven't heard anything, I wasn't even going to bother but got told I should.
And for anyone that applied when they had the old scheme but were paid under the new scheme you can apply for them to reassess your claim under the old scheme because they 'realised' they made a mistake :/ all you have to do is call victims services and get them to send you a form
