Going to monarto zoo for my sons 5th birthday. Many of the experiences have a minimum age of 6 or 8?
I would have loved to take him to feed the smaller animals but the only thing really available for younger
kids is giraffes. He will be the only kid attending for now. Have anyone else been able to get kids under
6 into some of the older aged events? How was it and what did you see? Could anyone else also give
me a run down of what options are available for a good experience? The only tour I could find on the
site only goes for half an hour. Is there anything guided with a little more time to view and see animals
without having to walk everywhere?

There is plenty to see at Monarto without needing to do the experiences. No you won't be able to sneak your child in and they have those age limits for a reason.
We live nearby your kid will be plenty excited just to see the animals.
I was more wondering if it was aloud for them to be a bit younger. And also why there is an age for some of the animals. I would never pretend he's older coz I know their may be safety but it doesn't say on the site why the ages are as they are
For safety of your child and the animals.
The five year old can still do the bus tour around the zoo to see all the animals
