Im going to crochet something for my sister for xmas but i need a lot of yarn. Does any one crochet or nit that can tell me where i can buy bulk yarn from for not a lot of money? I love Red Heart yarn but spot light only sells Baby steps which are small balls. Or what is another good brand of acrylic yarn that is good quality. Thanks in advance x

I would say if you can get the money together buy good quality. My husbands nan knits flat out and she buys the cheap wool. But this also means it's the shit wool. And it's for this reason that everything she knits for our kids never gets used! The wool is rough and scratchy, it irritates the skin and one wash and it just looks old and worn ?. So, if you can afford it spend the money and buy the proper baby wool. Your sister will thank you!
