My 3 week old has to go on Aptimal Gold AR formula due to reflux. But it's so thick she can't suck it through the bottles I've got for her (tommie tippie closer to nature)
I up sized the teats from size one to two and she still can't get anything out.
I'm at a loss, what the hell do I do?
Has anyone else used this formula? What did you successfully feed with??
Help! Formula feeding AR, what's the best bottle/teat?

I always went with avent bottles and teats. You can buy them in any chemist and some woolies stock them but the cheapest.place i.found them was big w. You really just need to try out which bottle and teat best suits your child. What works for 1 may not work for the other.
We used closer to nature and we had to get Novalac reflux formula. It was the only one that didn't block the teats! All of the others we found were clumpy and teats were constantly getting blocked with small clumps!
I mix fed for the first six weeks my bub didn't like any of the fancy ones only the budget coles (there pack) ones that was from a game at my baby shower. We tried medella, advent and the other 50 fancy bottle first but we only use the coles as it was there and nothing else worked
