A sandwich, be it a toasted ham and cheese, a ham and salad, peanut butter etc
Or
Mini pancakes.
Cruskets.

With a selection of fruit.
Average lunch- a handful of blueberries, a mandarin and a slice of watermelon.
And some cucumber slices.

I do a 'picnic plate' every day. Best way to get him to eat healthier as he loves the choices. I cut up fruit, veg, cheese. Put nuts... a few crackers...maybe one piece of bread sandwich or a boiled egg. He always eats the whole plate. If I were to give him one healthy thing he's less likely to eat it all.

Sandwich. I'm not a restaurant. They can choose whatever they want on it be it jam, peanut butter, ham, cheese, tomato. If they don't want it or don't eat it, that's fine, nothing else is on offer, next meal is a light afternoon snack and no treats at arvo tea if the sandwich isn't eaten.
My 3rd child has been my most stubborn of my lot but she's now eating them (she just turned 3).
