I am a single mum to 4 children.... 2 are living with me (13 & 15) and are receiving child support from their dad. he earns just over $100,000 a year. I support one older child (24) independently with uni and living costs. the other older child (20) is self supported most of the time. we have only been separated 18mths and he has already remarried. I know of one house that they have jointly brought and rent out... but suspect that the new wife has multiple properties. should I give this information to child support?

What the new wife owns or earns is irrelevant to CSA. It only goes on the fathers income as an individual. Personally I'd let it go.
What his wife has or owns is none of your business. It's none of Child supports business you only get money from your ex for your kids, she does not have to pay their way.
Wow this poor lady has no idea how CS works.
It has NOTHING to do with the new wife, or if it was a girlfriend or de facto... no one else is responsible for your children except the 2 parents.
If you dont believe this then call CS and they will tell you.
I know because i once asked them as my ex was threatening to "dob" my partners wages/properties etc in, ? hilarious!
Thank god it is like this...my partner has already stepped up and stuck by me i would feel horrible if his wages/assets were also taken for kids that arnt his.
