Hi other IMs
I've been on maternity leave with DS 4months and have and older child (4 yrs), and will be returning to work soon. Thanks to flexible working arrangements I'll be able to work from home a few days a week but now I'm terrified of actually being able to get any work done.
I'll be able to get family support for a few hours max during the week but besides that I'll have to do work whilst watching a hyperactive child and Bub that doesn't seem to sleep much during the day.
Any tips and tricks from other working from home mamas would be much appreciated!! When do you get it done? How've you settled Bub into a routine? How've you kept both kids entertained?
Thanks

Honestly it was bloody hard and it took me hours to get 20 minutes work done.
I realised my child was 100% better off in daycare one day a week so I could get one day, solid run at work. My kid was far more stimulated so less likely to get in trouble etc and it meant even if I had to do some work when my kid was home it was quick bits here and there that could be answered at nap time, bed time, or while he watched a TV show.
The day care day was not as long as if I'd been going to work because I could drop later (closer to 9) and pick up earlier.
