The alcohol levels in your breastmilk are the same as your blood levels. So it all depends on how much you drink

The above answer actually is correct. The Australian breastfeeding association says "The concentration of alcohol in your blood is the concentration of alcohol in your milk" - so it will depend on how much she drinks as to how long she has to wait
No it says it's a small percentage of what's in the blood.
It's always best not to. Kinda like driving the same night it's best not to drink at aĺl. Alcohol is really not needed to have a good time. If you do decide to drink make sure you have a good supply of milk pumped incase you drink more then planned. I might get hate for telling you not to drink but I honestly don't see why you need to
