How do I bring off my circumcised man?

Hey lovely IMs. I would really like some fun advice on a personal matter … can you offer any suggestions on how I can give my circumcised man a hand job? My libido isn’t great (getting it sorted) and I still want to keep him happy but not always wanna give him a blow job. In my past, I’ve had fantastic fun bringing off partners with my hand/s, I just loved it, it would often get me in the groove, too, and I want to do this with my partner and make him happy! The difference that I think may be THE difference is that my past partners were all intact and my man is circumcised. Does this make a difference?? From watching him do it I notice he doesn’t have the “benefit” of the foreskin going over the head and he lubricates by putting saliva on his fingers. There’s plenty of pre-cum and I've combined hand/tongue/mouth but no joy. Maybe it's just not his thing or maybe I'm missing something.

We’ve been together many years and early on I gave it a go and he very shyly said no one’s been able to do that to him.
