Hi
We used clomid to conceive both our boys, it took 3 cycles to achieve a positive results and a pregnancy.
It was not the way I hope to achieve a pregnancy but it worked found the internal ultrasound very hard and the fact that if you had more then 2 eggs you had to abort that round but we got our boys and that is all that matters.
Good luck
I have secondary infertility, 1st child natural . I tried letrozole for 6 rounds, ( a couple of those my husband was away ) with no success, but because it gives me no side effects, my husband wanted to do another 6 months before looking into more invasive treatment, I do ovulate on it every month so here's hoping.. good luck
I have been TTC no1 for 6 years. We did 6 rounds of clomid with no luck.
Then we moved on to IVF with 1 fresh transfer ( BFP but missed miscarriage at 7 weeks) and 3 frozen transfers (3 BFN). Tried naturally for a year then tried 1 round Letrozole 2.5mg BFN then Letrozole 5mg and I am excited to say we are 19 weeks pregnant and going for our 20 week scan in 2 days to find out if baby is a boy or girl.
