So, my husband has finally admitted to having a problem with alcohol! He doesn't drink everyday, but when he drinks - he really drinks. It reminds me of a teenager, purely drinking to get drunk. I think he wants to stop drinking completely and will seek help if he's still feeling like a drink. How do I help him? Where can I suggest he goes for help?

His GP is a fantastic start. They usually know the services in your area and can help design a treatment plan around your husband.
