Struggling mumma

Im really struggling. I just had bub number 2 for me 4 all together. I wanted to breastfeed but can't have bub latched on as it gives me severe anxiety attacks (i was raped and fell pregnant with my first as a result hence the attacks) so im pumping and bottle feeding though have to give formula as well otherwise she wont get enough (thats ok at least she is fed) but now the pumping is triggering attacks as well! Im trying to make it to her first vaccinations then we will most likely switch to formula full time (which again formula doesnt worry me at least shes getting fed). My problem is that since im so anxious i cant handle my older 2 stepdaughters touching the baby or even my 2yr old. Im just scared something bad is going to happen to her, its the same when other relatives or friends hold her i just get anxious the only one who doesnt worry me is hubby. Im so so scared something is going to happen to her that she will get sick or hurt and that i wont be able to protect her! I dont know what to do.
(Im on medication for anxiety and depression PND and PTSD)

I'm sorry you are going through this. Please speak to your GP as soon as possible.

I'd have a chat to your maternal health nurse. There's facilities that you can attend that help you through this, it's like a hospital and they will help you to care for your baby and work on reassuring you with everything. They can help you to feel comfortable with others being around your baby.

I am so very sorry that you and your childre. Are going through this. I feel you may need regular contact with a psychologist to assit you and your family to provide you with support and assistance in rectifying and facing these issues. Much love and hang in there. Also u may need to explain to your children (relevant to age) what and how u are feeling so they know it is not them that is the issue. Much love.

Go back to GP!!!! You need better treatment and care immediately. Are you having regular therapy? Are you seeing a pschiatrist and or psychologist? With the right support and or meds I hope you can continue to feed bubs.

Please please get onto this, the longer you leave it, the worst it gets. There is help available, you just gotta ask and keep asking til you find the right support team for you

Go see your GP. Don't worry about making vaccinations. I stopped feeding both my girls at 4 weeks because I hated it. They are both thriving. Mommas health is just as important as bubs. 😙
