Question I'm wanting to start up a small business selling jewellery as a side hustle, selling on fb and markets and if it goes well eventually get a website... what things do I need to do, do I need an abn ect? Just after some advice ect
Also how do I go about getting a logo done or someone to design it?

Consider doing a small business management course. It’s a great place for networking too!
Do you hand make the jewellery? Is it your passion? Is it a niche market?
ATO will have info re ABN.
A Graphic designer would do a logo, not cheap if it’s just a hobby. See also ATO website in regard to business V hobby classification
