How to announce pregnancy to partner

So myself and my partner are trying for our last baby!
My partner wanted to try about a year ago and I just wasn’t ready, he rechecked every month but never bugged and respected I wasn’t ready, anyway, I am now!
He’s super excited and can’t wait so I want some awesome exciting and different ideas to announce to just him that I’m
Pregnant. (Not pregnant yet, but I generally fall pregnant just thinking about it so it will most likely be quite fast) we have 3 children if any ideas include them. The eldest has a disability and can’t talk well and the younger ones can’t talk yet. We have a dog also if that helps!
