Hi Mummas, I had a scan last week, 7 weeks pregnant, but for the last few days have been passing small amounts of brownish discharge when I wipe, no pain etc, went for another scan today, no heartbeat found, I am seeing my
dr tomorrow but want to know what the process is, will they send me to the Hospital for some sort of procedure or do I wait and it will pass on it own?

Could be either. Sometimes they give you time and then check to see it's cleared properly. Sorry you're going through this. It can't be nice. I hope you and the dad are OK.
I’m really sorry to hear this. It may pass naturally or you may be scheduled for a D&C. Please avoid google at all costs for your sanity and do look after yourself x x
This early they will probably give you the option taking the pill to bring on miscarriage or D&C at hospital. I have had both and I'm a very private person so opted for the pill. I had it inserted at the Drs then was able to go home. It was a day of cramping and bleeding, really not the nicest but I rathered be at home in my bed rather than the hospital. D&C is much more clean cut with little physical discomfort. The tablet can be given up to 8 or 9 weeks for at home, but will need to be done at hosputal if you choose this option after that.
