I suffered a lot from PND but feel like I can now see the light and am now headed towards being “me” again.
I’m hoping to be able to help others in the same situation and suffering the same way. I was at rock bottom for so long and know how bleak life appeared to me. Any ideas of how I could go about this? I don’t even know where to start.
I’m not going to rush into anything but feel like I need to start trying to suss out where I can make a difference.

You need to first identify what it was that helped you. Then be that change
You could lost in your local parents group offering company and help to anyone thats lonely or feels like they need a hand.
Volunteer at the women's shelter.
Offer low cost babysitting.
Maybe start off getting your first aid and police and working with children check.
