I'm curious how many woman have had a missed period, and pregnancy test comes back as negative, blood test is negative but have pregnant symptoms ie nauseous, lower back pain, smell sensitivity ect

Yes.
Traditional home pregnancy tests all came up negative with my girls, even when it got to the point I knew I was pregnant. Second girl i had bloods and urine test before an operation (they had to be sure i wasnt pregnant for the surgery) yet still negative and i would've been around 4 to 6 weeks with her at the time (I was unaware too). I don't know If it was because of a lab error or some weird thing with my body lol.
Weirdly, I got the most undeniable positive at around 3 weeks with my boy.
If bloods are negative highly unlikely. Just hormones. My girlfriends and I often got this after we had our children. Almost like phantom pregnancies. All the symptoms but not pregnant.

I had a period and days after I had sore boobs and just felt like something was off. Doctors test negative. Week later I was throwing up. Back to doctor and positive.

Negative tests were always a negative, even though I had symptoms that suggested otherwise.
