Premature labour

So I'm 35 weeks pregnant, I had a scheduled gp appt this morning and my blood pressure was sky high, so doc told me to go to the hospital just to be checked out properly, (now my baby is in breech position has been for a few weeks now) I present to hospital maternity ward and midwives have assessed me, turns out I'm in premature labour, I've been given medication to stop the contractions and steroids for bubs lungs, so far it has eased the contractions but not fully stopped them, I'm just after other womans experiences, has this happened to you, how long was ur labour delayed?
I've asked the midwives and the say it all varies, I'm in overnight anyway so not too worried, moreso just after your experience

If you place yourself on light duties and bed rest, you could go full term still. The best thing to aim towards is getting to 37 weeks, and anything from there on it's safe :)

I went into pre term labour at 27 weeks. Admitted to hospital and given the medication also which actually worked. However because of this i had to immediately had to stop work. Light home duties, no sex for rest of pregnancy (until 37 weeks anyways). Then had bub on due date.
