Hi Mummas! Please help!
I’m looking to escape working in a Pharmacy after 10 badly paid, long years. I’m interested in medical reception.
Would love to hear suggestions of which course to do. And if it’s the sort of job where I can earn more over time with more experience etc
Any info, opinions suggestions would be very much appreciated.

I'm a Practice Manager in a physio practice. Having a certificate is not a pre-requisite to getting an admin job in a medical field. On the job training is better. In saying that, it wouldn't hurt for you to do the Cert 3 Business Admin or Medical Receptionist courses. I'm sure you are well versed in the Privacy Act given your work in a Pharmacy, but the Medical Receptionist course goes into the Act in just a bit more detail.
