Dr not doing his job properly
Almost 5 months ago my daughter went to her gyno to have her marina removed as she would like to have another baby .
Her gyno got her in the table with a nurse in the room as per rules Sais he removed it gave her some medication to help start her period to TTC well she has been back to the gyno 3 times since starting that her period still has not started went back again and was told to take medication again for another 10 days still no period also was told that she may be going through early menopause at 22yo..
As her younger sister has PCOS she mentioned to her GP that she is worried that she may also have PCOS herself was sent for blood testing and ultrasound and was informed that the marina is still in place (by ultrasound person)
Went and got results from GP and was sent to another gyno to have it removed ..how would you further make complaints regarding original gyno please

Wow, until I realised you said that the Merina was still in place I was thinking they're not miracle workers and there's sometimes other underlying reasons why it takes time to get everything back on track but WOW. That's shocking and your daughter has every have every right to take this further.
As per the link below you can take this to the head of the medical practice and if no joy there go to AHPRA: https://www.betterhealth.vic.gov.au/health/servicesandsupport/doctors-ho...
I was so angry the gyno even had it written on her paperwork it was removed and then blamed his nurses assistant
You approach AHPRA
If its at the public hospital there will be complaint forms.
The doctor is required to show her the mirena once he has removed it. And there is no medication you need to take after...your body does what it is supposed to in getting back to normal.. if be very concerned and definitely go to someone else.
