Feeling pregnancy symptoms but not pregnant

Has anyone experienced early pregnancy symptoms that they experienced with previous children, and then your period turns up on time like clockwork?
I experienced sore boobs, insomnia, hot flashes, migraines, and right pelvic pain (probably the symptom that got me thinking I was pregnant as I felt the exact same moment of implantation with my first).
And yet I’ve just started spotting as I’m due for my period tomorrow which is always the same, very regular.
Should I be concerned about the pain I experienced now that I can assume that it’s not pregnancy? (although it was quite dull). It lasted on and off for about a week, a few nights it actually woke me up.
Now I do know there are cases of being pregnant and still getting your period, but it’s showing up exactly when due so I’m not convinced.
Anyone experienced anything similar? Did it turn out to be anything to worry about?

It could be a very early miscarriage. It happened to me, I tested positive a few days before my period was due then I started cramping. A few days later I was bleeding for about the same length as a period but heavier. If I didn't do the test I would have just assumed it was a bad period. I went to the Dr for blood tests but my levels were declining so it was definitely a miscarriage not a period.

Id go get seen just incase. I get bad ovulation pain for a week when I'm ovulating and then period pain as well.
