Community services

Hi all,
I’m just wondering if any of you have completed a course in community services and gained employment from it? I have read how the community sector is in need of workers but I can never see any jobs that require a cert or diploma in community services and i have actively been looking for a while now. I’m really interested in it but have yet to see any career pathways that come from it.. can anyone shed some light please?
