5 year old anxious pants wetting?

My daughter is 5 and a half and is currently in kindergarten. She starts school next year in prep. She has suddenly started wetting her pants regularly and wetting the bed. She has always been a bit touch and go with making it to the toilet before she is busting. However, now it seems like something else is going on. I have taken her to the doctor and there is nothing medically wrong with her. She is not constipated. She will wet her pants while sitting on the couch, in the Mists of a game, numerous times a night in bed. During the night she will wet her pants on the way to the toilet on the carpet or other areas. I have been restricting her water intake before bed with no success. During the day when i her to go to the toilet she refuses and makes a huge big fuss saying that she does not need to go and she is not busting the next minute she is a racing down to the toilet busting and sometimes doesn't make it. I have been reluctant to force her as I do not want to make things worse.
Could this be anxiety about starting school next year and leaving kindergarten? Help what can I do?
